Reolia Enolia Trotter was born March 27, 1947 in Oakland, California to Eunice Workman and Lawrence Wiggins Sr.She accepted Christ as her Savior early in life. She graduated from High School in Oakland California. At the age of (21) she moved to Dallas, Texas to attend El Centro College where she received multiple degrees. One of her greatest joys of her life was family. She loved people with a passion and welcomed everyone with open arms and pure love. To know Reolia was to love Reolia. She worked at the Fair Park grocery store for over (20) years where she recurred lots of friends and family. She enjoyed a good time and wanted everyone around her to enjoy them, and to enjoy her with a heart of gold. She has always shared with others and was dearly love in the community. She will be truly missed by those she loved and those who loved her. Reolia loved her husband, Hillman Trotter, they celebrated (29) years of marriage who preceded her in death along with her mother, Eunice Workman, father, Lawrence Wiggins , her(3) children; Phillip Sneed, Erma Wiggins, and Tina Lacy, sister, Jacqueline Williams.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories, her devoted children; Tim(Tonya) Lacy, Wilbert Wiggins, Ruby Levels, and Lamont (Lakeisha) Levels, stepdaughter, Evelyn Frazier and Sha, (5) sisters, Dana Wiggins, Vita Williams, Veta Williams, Janice Wiggins, and Yolanda Williams,(2) brothers, Moses Williams, and Larry Lawrence Wiggins Jr.(32) Grandchildren,(24) Great Grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
